We’re so excited for you to try Chiwis and can’t wait to hear what you think of our tasty superfood snacks! If you receive your first order and decide it’s not for you, please send an email to hello@chiwis.co within 7 days of receiving it to request a refund and we will happily refund your first order.

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
