Often the skin of the fruit holds loads of nutrients and fiber that we are throwing away when peeling or cutting it off. The skin of the kiwi holds much of the vitamin C, triples the fiber content, and gives our kiwi chips the tang that you taste. The skin on our Mango chips is full of fiber, and by not cutting that skin off we are reducing waste. The core of the pineapple is used in our Pina chips as it is still delicious and after we have prepared it with a special manner to soften it, it's fully edible and increases the fiber in our chips! Lastly, the beautiful Orange chips include the rind which provides a large amount of fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants. And as always we're reducing waste by keeping the skin and not disgarding it in our processes.
